Our Journey
The Book Bracket was founded in 2023 with a simple goal, to promote authors through meaningful marketing services and help their books reach the right readers. What began as a small initiative soon grew into something larger than imagined. As we worked closely with writers, we realized that many needed more than just marketing - they needed guidance, creative collaboration, and a publishing partner who believed in their stories.
That realization shaped our journey from a marketing firm into a hybrid publishing house that continues to offer strong marketing support. Today, The Book Bracket stands as a space where stories are nurtured from idea to impact, blending creativity with strategy to help authors bring their words to the world.

Divya Venkateswaran
Founder, The Book Bracket
Every author’s journey begins with a story and so did hers. Having faced the same challenges many emerging writers do, Divya Venkateswaran understands firsthand the hurdles of getting published, finding the right audience, and building an authentic author voice. Those experiences became the foundation for The Book Bracket, a platform she envisioned to empower authors and help their stories find the visibility they deserve.
An author of three books, Divya co-authored the poetry collection IMPETUS: Rhymes Within Us, which earned her the Poet of the Year award. Her second book, A Slice of Reverie, published through Kindle Direct Publishing, showcased her lyrical depth as a poet. Her latest work, a debut novella The Glitch in Our Stars, has been winning hearts for its tender exploration of love, distance, and human connection.
Her literary journey began with contributions to The Times of India’s “Soul Curry” section and has since evolved into a dynamic career as a poet, reviewer, and podcaster. A trained classical singer and passionate music enthusiast, she finds rhythm not only in melodies but also in stories that stir emotions and spark reflection.
As the founder of The Book Bracket, Divya brings her dual strengths as a writer and industry professional to bridge the gap between creativity and opportunity. With over a decade of experience in the education industry spanning Project Management, English language training, Content and Career Counselling, she combines depth, precision, and empathy to guide authors through every step of their publishing journey.
